Vendor Information

The vendors are what make this event a festival! With great local food, outdoor equipment experts with everything from the latest Werner Paddles to standup paddleboards, mountain bikes to Washington Water Trails, the Port Gamble waterfront is transformed into an exciting place.

All vendors receive: two demo passes to try outdoor equipment, two event t-shirts, a free vendor party with food and drinks on Friday evening and free camping in the parking lot (in vehicles, no tents please--we have a camping area for tents).

Vendors interested in getting perks through sponsorship, please contact our program director at programs@kayakproshop.com or (360) 297-4659.

We request that all vendors donate something to the silent auction and/or raffle. All racers will receive a raffle ticket as a perk for registering. The silent auction will run all day Saturday and will have the donor's information next to it. Donors are welcome to put promotional material with donations. The silent auction raises money for Outdoor Adventure Camp scholarships and event support.

Vendor Schedule

Move-in: Friday 12-6 pm

Vendor Party: Friday 7-9:00 pm at the waterfront. Beverages and food provided.

Saturday event hours: 9 am-6 pm
(race registrations start at 6:30 am, races start at 10:30 am)

Sunday event hours: 10 am-3 pm

Thank you in advance to all the new and returning vendors for helping to make this event happen--your products are one of the main draws. Be ready for a great show!

Our goal is to make this event one of the largest, most fun gatherings of adventure sport athletes and enthusiasts in Washington State involving kayaking, mountain biking, trail running and standup paddle boarding.

2012 is going to be a fantastic year for the NW Adventure Sports Festival. We're working year-round on outreach throughout the northwest. Please help spread the word through all of your outreach avenues: social media, newsletters, friends, co-workers and everyone you meet.

Please note:

General admission is free
Parking is free for all attendees
All vendors will be located together at the Port Gamble waterfront
The Beast adventure triathlon is now 15K paddle, 20K mt bike, 10K trail run
NEW Son of a Beast mini-adventure triathlon: 5K paddle, 10K mt bike, 5K run
NEW Family Fun Fair Saturday afternoon
There is still a paddle-only race but it is longer this year (Paddle the Dragon, 15K)
There is no mountain bike-specific race, but there will be bike vendors and demos
We expect many more vendors, racers and visitors this year, but we still expect you to help with outreach.
